Any Party, USA - dressing up, drinking champaign, surrounded by happy drunks, kissing randoms at midnight, everyone drinking too much (so you don't have to be the only one who feels like an *** the next day). It truly doesn't matter; if you are in NYC or Omaha there are great times to be had on New Year's Eve!
