What is the best family winter vacation spot in the United States? ?

We're thinking of planning a trip after christmas from dec 29-jan 2 -----Where would be the best place to visit? We live in texas & are looking to visit maybe colorado or utah. We're not huge skiers & we have two kids under 4, where would be a great place for us to visit & why? We'd also like to visit a place with snow that is easy to get to from the airport.

Call me old-fashioned, but Disney resorts still are the best family winter places in my opinion. There is something for everyone, no matter what your tastes are. Whether Florida or California, it's Disney.
